• Currently, I am employed with a Real Estate Establishment and successfully managing eight (8) Buildings Leasing & Operations including Property Listing, Tenant Hunting, property viewing to tenants, Shortlisting the Tenants, Quote the Rent, Handling Complaints, Ensuring the maintenance work, Ensuring tenant's move-In Move-Out matters (Documents & Clearance), Handle tenant’s Calls & Complaints, Rent Collection, Rent & tenancy renewal follow up, Managing vendors, Prepare reports, monthly/quarterly/budgeting and I am representing a team of Property supervisors, Maintenance team includes Maintenance supervisors.
• Before that, I have over 5 years of extensive experience in Project Management for both the Public and private sectors, Human Resource Management, Quality Management systems, Business Development and Office Administration.
• Successfully oversaw more than nine projects of various scales resulting in time and Budget completion by using PMI Standards.
• Hands-on experience of all the phases of project implementation which includes Requirement analysis, Planning, Scheduling, Resource’s requirement analysis, Training, Project integration, conducting periodic reviews, identifying risks, Tracking project progress and status reporting and QMS Implementation, ISO 9001- 2008/2015 internal auditing, Business development, Vendor Management.
